With the BLOOMING GEL, you can create watercolor-effect nail art using any semi-permanent nail polish color. The bottle has a brush that ensures extremely precise, fast, and smudge-free application.

Note: this base is not an adhesion base to apply before VSP, but is intended solely for watercolor-effect nail art.

Aliphatic Urethane Acrylate, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate (HPMA), Isobornyl Acrylate (IBA), Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite (Mica), CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), CI 47000 (Yellow 11), CI 73360 (Red 30), CI 42090 (Blue 1), CI 77499 (Black Iron Oxide)
1. Apply a first layer of semi-permanent polish, then cure it.
2. Apply the blooming base, but do NOT cure it.
3. Pick up a small amount of semi-permanent color and place it on the base.
4. Wait a few seconds to allow the drop of color to create the nuanced effect.
5. Cure it, then finish with the top coat.
Curing time:
With a UV/LED lamp: 60 seconds
With a UV lamp: 120 seconds
