1. Apply the chosen color and cure.
2. Apply Smooth Shiny and cure under a lamp.
3. Pick up a small amount of pigment with your finger. Cover the entire surface using vertical and circular motions until you achieve a smooth, even surface.
4. Remove the excess powder with a dusting brush, then seal with the FIX IT top coat.
